3. ONLINE STORE TERMS
By using this site, you confirm that:

A breach of these Terms may result in termination of the Service.
4. CONDITIONS OF USE & PRICING
Prices are displayed in AUD/EUR/GBP/USD depending on your delivery region. Prices include taxes unless otherwise stated (e.g., US sales tax may be added at checkout).
Prices are subject to change without notice.
The final checkout price may vary depending on delivery region, local tax requirements, or applicable regulations for shipping alcohol-based fragrances.
Payment is required at the time of ordering. Orders will not ship until payment is confirmed.
Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Afterpay.
All online card transactions are encrypted using SSL technology.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Import duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply depending on the country of delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders refused due to unpaid duties or taxes cannot be refunded.
6. RISK, WARRANTY & FRAUD PREVENTION
Risk passes to the customer when goods are handed to the carrier.
If items are defective or do not match your order, they will be replaced at our cost.
Products are sold for personal use only. We reserve the right to refuse orders suspected of resale or unauthorised distribution.
7. DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Delivery Obligation
We aim to ship orders promptly and within the estimated delivery windows provided. Delays may occur for reasons outside our control.
Failure to Deliver
A delivery is deemed failed if:
- The order has not been delivered within 10 days of the estimated delivery date
- Reasonable delivery attempts have failed
- Delivery is impossible due to incorrect address or customer unavailability
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete shipping information
- Be available to receive deliveries or respond to courier notifications
- Notify us promptly of any changes to address or delivery conditions
Re-delivery fees may apply for failed deliveries caused by customer error.
Exclusions
We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing, courier disruptions, natural disasters, or customer errors.
Claims for Non-Delivery
Claims must be made within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
Refunds for Failed Delivery
Refunds can only be issued within 120 days of purchase or as permitted by the customer’s payment method. If we cannot refund to the original payment method, store credit in AUD will be issued. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
8. PRODUCTS & SERVICES
Some products may be available exclusively online or in limited quantities.
We make every effort to display product colours and images accurately, but cannot guarantee screen accuracy.
We reserve the right to limit sales to certain regions, limit quantities, modify descriptions, discontinue products, or adjust pricing at any time.
9. ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order.
This includes orders placed using the same customer account, payment method, or billing/shipping address.
If an order is modified or cancelled, we may contact you using the details provided.

Nothing affects mandatory consumer rights in the EU/EEA or UK.
21. U.S. CUSTOMERS
Customers in the United States acknowledge that purchases made through this website form a contract of sale with Map of the Heart Pty Ltd in Australia, governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights that may apply under U.S. state consumer protection laws, however Map of the Heart does not offer warranties, remedies, or obligations beyond those required under Australian law unless expressly stated.
22. PROMOTIONS
10% Newsletter Code: Valid once, for 30ml and 90ml fragrances only.
15% Discovery Set Code: Valid once on subsequent orders of 30ml and 90ml fragrances.
Promotional codes are not combinable and are subject to these Terms.
23. MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE
You may opt out of SMS marketing at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
