Payment is due on ordering and no order can be dispatched until it is paid for in full. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, the order will not be valid and the goods will not be shipped.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and AfterPay.

CURRENCIES

We charge in the currency of your chosen destination. If this is not available then your order will be charged in USD. If the currency is different to that of your card, the price will be calculated by your card issuer and charged in the currency of your card. Upon checkout, the price shown will be converted to AUD. 

DUTY AND TAX

All prices are inclusive of sales tax if applicable. All taxes and duties are due upon receipt by the customer. If you require information on any tax/duty applicable to your territory please contact your local customs authority.

DECLINED PAYMENTS

If your credit card is declined please check that you have entered all the information correctly and try again. If it is rejected again please contact your credit card provider for assistance.
