Yes. With our high quality ingredients, each of our fragrances are formulated to last on your skin throughout the day. The duration will vary depending on the customer’s skin and the fragrance in the line.
Yes, our fragrances are cruelty free.
Our fragrances are not tested on animals.
All our fragrances are vegan except for v.6 Ecstasy which contains bees wax.
We recommend storing your perfume away from light, heat and humidity. These factors can breakdown fragrance molecules and also contribute to oxidisation of the fragrance.
We recommend spraying your fragrance on your pulse points. Behind your ears, behind your knees, in your elbow crease, the nape of your neck, your wrists. If spraying on your wrists, do not rub them together. Rubbing a fragrance creates friction that inhibits the perfume's molecules and it can dull/ alter the fragrance (mostly the top notes).
An email will be sent to you 3 days after purchasing a Sample Set with a unique code that can be used towards a purchase of any 30ml or 90ml fragrance. If you haven’t received your code within 3 days please contact us after checking your junk folder.

Yes, we do. A Gift Card for the value of one 90mL heart is available online and in store. Each Gift Card comes with a complimentary Sample Set so that the recipient can choose their own heart.
Gift wrapping is currently available in Australia. Please let us know if you would like gift wrapping in the note section of the cart. If you would like to include a personalised note also add that in.

Shipping times vary depending on your location. We aim to ship orders within 48hours. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping. In peak holiday periods we recommend allowing for up to up to 10 days. Should your order take longer than this please contact us.
We accept returns on 30ml and 90ml fragrances. Just select Love It Keep It before clicking add to cart and we will make sure a sample vial is added to your order so you can sample the fragrance before opening your order.

We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during checkout. Any delivery times quoted to you are indicative only. We do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by a third party. Map of the Heart takes no responsibility for lost shipments, although we will do our best to track them. We can not be responsible for packages that are "refused" by the customer, and will not be able to process refunds for these orders.
All taxes and duties are due upon receipt by the customer.

If you need to make a change or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped you will not be able to make any changes.
