Map of the Heart only accepts returns via our LOVE IT, KEEP IT policy. This is only applicable to full price, 90ml and 30ml Eau de Parfum, if the LOVE IT, KEEP IT option was chosen at the time of purchase.

If you wish to return your LOVE IT, KEEP IT Eau de Parfum, email our team at within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please include your order number and the details of the Eau de Parfum you wish to return. Once you receive our email with the returns authorisation number please write it clearly on the outside of the package. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the order with a service that provides a shipping number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please send the tracking number, citing your order and returns authorisation numbers to

The Eau de Parfum will only be accepted for return and refund if it is in its original undisturbed tissue packaging and be in resalable condition. Once your return has been processed and approved a refund of the amount received by Map of the Heart by your card provider / financial institution will be issued to the original payment method. You will be notified by email of this refund transaction. 

Any returns received by Map of the Heart without its valid returns authorisation number and that does not comply with the above may be denied a refund by Map of the Heart and will be returned to  you. Your banking institution may require a few days to process the transaction to your account. Customs duties, sales taxes and any currency charged by your card holder / financial institution are non-refundable through Map of the Heart. If you have any questions please contact us at


For faulty or damaged items we offer repair, replacement or full refund. Items damaged through normal wear and tear, accident or misuse are not considered faulty. For items you believe faulty please send imagery of the issue, your order number and contact details to We will then let you know how we can proceed. Claims for items purchased 3 months or more prior to the claim are considered outside the faulty claims period and will be processed at Map of the Heart’s discretion.
