Returns Policy
Returns are currently only available in Australia. Returns are not available in Europe or the United Kingdom unless the item is faulty.
Map of the Heart only accepts returns under our LOVE IT, KEEP IT policy. This applies exclusively to full-price 90ml Eau de Parfum where the LOVE IT, KEEP IT option was selected at checkout.
If you wish to return your LOVE IT, KEEP IT Eau de Parfum, please email info@mapoftheheart.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the details of the fragrance you wish to return. Once our team issues your returns authorisation number, write it clearly on the outside of your package.
Returns must be shipped within 14 days of delivery using a service that provides tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost parcels. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We can arrange return shipping at a flat rate (deducted from your refund). To request a quote, please contact us via email. Alternatively, you may arrange your own return shipping and provide the tracking number along with your order and authorisation numbers to info@mapoftheheart.com.
The fragrance must be returned in its original, undisturbed packaging and in resellable condition. Once your return has been processed and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once this has been completed.
Any return received without a valid returns authorisation number, or that does not meet the above conditions, may be declined and returned to you. Please note your bank may take several days to process the refund. Customs duties, sales taxes and any currency charges applied by your financial institution are non-refundable through Map of the Heart.

Faulty Claims
For faulty or damaged items, we offer repair, replacement or a full refund. Items damaged through normal wear and tear, accident or misuse are not considered faulty.
If you believe your item is faulty, please email images of the issue, your order number and your contact details to info@mapoftheheart.com. We will then advise the next steps.
Claims for items purchased 3 months or more prior to the claim fall outside the standard faulty claims period and will be assessed at Map of the Heart’s discretion.
