Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 5 pm AEST are processed the next business day. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number where available.
Where We Ship From
Depending on your location, your order will ship from either Australia or our EU fulfilment centre in Paris:
- Australia: Orders ship from Sydney.
- EU / UK / EEA: Orders ship from our fulfilment centre in Paris.

International (Selected Regions): Orders typically ship from Australia via international couriers.

United States Shipping
We do not currently ship to the United States. We hope to offer US shipping in 2026. Please sign up to our newsletter for updates.
Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted delivery partners including Australia Post, DHL, Chronopost, Colissimo and other regional couriers depending on your destination.
Estimated Delivery Times*
- Australia: 2–6 business days
- EU / EEA / UK: 2–6 business days from dispatch
- International (Supported Regions): 5–15 business days depending on customs and local delivery services
*Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, seasonal demand, or local disruptions outside our control.
Shipping Costs & Customs Duties
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your region and order size. For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of ordering. We cannot modify addresses once an order has shipped. Additional courier fees may apply for redelivery or redirection caused by incorrect address information.
Failed Delivery
A delivery is considered failed if:
- The courier is unable to deliver to the address after reasonable attempts, or
- The parcel is unclaimed or refused by the recipient.
Re-delivery fees may apply. Refunds for failed deliveries are only available within the time permitted by the payment provider. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Lost, Delayed or Missing Parcels
If you believe your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@mapoftheheart.com. Claims must be made within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will assess and provide a replacement or refund according to our Returns Policy.
Restricted Regions
As our fragrances contain alcohol, some countries or regions may restrict or prohibit their import. If your location is unsupported, this will be indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot legally be shipped.
Tracking & Notifications
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details where available. Tracking availability may vary by courier and destination country.
