    Pick-up
    Pick up orders are available from our Sydney Studio up until 12noon on the 20th December.

    Place orders by 11pm EST on 16th December to give them the best chance of arriving by the 24th December. Orders are sent with FedEx Ground.

    Orders received after 16th December will still be dispatched up until our holiday closure on the 20th December. Orders received during our closure will not be dispatched until 9th January 2025.


    UK / Europe
    Place orders by 11am CET on 12th December* to give them the best chance of arriving by the 24th December.

    Orders received after these dates will still be dispatched up until our holiday closure on the 22nd December. Orders received during our closure will not be dispatched until 7th January 2025.

  • Shipping times vary depending on your location. We aim to ship orders within 48hours. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping. In peak holiday periods we recommend allowing for up to up to 10 days. Should your order take longer than this please contact us.

  • We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during checkout. Any delivery times quoted to you are indicative only. We do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by a third party. Map of the Heart takes no responsibility for lost shipments, although we will do our best to track them. We can not be responsible for packages that are "refused" by the customer, and will not be able to process refunds for these orders.
